Notes:	Rental agreement must be signed, mailed and confirmed to complete rental agreement. A 50% down payment is required with application to reserve your dates. The remainder plus 6% MI state Use tax is due the Monday before arrival. However, if you choose to cancel, the deposit is forfeited. Cleaning / Damage deposit: $200.00 due upon arrival and returned within 2 weeks if left in good condition. To reserve a date for the next year we require a 25% deposit now, and another 25% by Jan 15 of the reservation year. Weekly rates are for 7 nights - Sat. (4:00 PM ) though Sat. (10:00 AM ). When making a reservation for the next year, you lock in the current year's rate except for holidays. Holidays will be charged the the prevailing rate. Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice. Premium Rates ($200 extra) for Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Cherry Festival, Labor Day)
