Notes:

  • Rental agreement must be signed, mailed and confirmed to complete rental agreement.

  • A 50% down payment is required with application to reserve your dates.

  • The remainder plus 6% MI state Use tax is due the Monday before arrival.

  • However, if you choose to cancel, the deposit is forfeited.

  • Cleaning / Damage deposit: $200.00 due upon arrival and returned within 2 weeks if left in good condition.

  • To reserve a date for the next year we require a 25% deposit now, and another 25% by Jan 15 of the reservation year.

  • Weekly rates are for 7 nights - Sat. (4:00 PM ) though Sat. (10:00 AM ).

  • When making a reservation for the next year, you lock in the current year's rate except for holidays. Holidays will be charged the the prevailing rate.

  • Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice.

  • Premium Rates ($200 extra) for Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Cherry Festival, Labor Day)
